About Us:

At OceanScore, we’re dedicated to enabling shipping’s transformation towards sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the development and management of all financial processes, including cash flow, reporting, and invoicing – as well as lead the IT function. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of maritime data solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop, implement and run state of the art reporting and planning towards management, board and shareholders
  • Lead and secure compliant accounting across legal entities and at group level
  • Be responsible for cash management and invoicing
  • Secure general compliance for legal entities
  • Lead IT function to build and maintain fit-for-purpose IT infrastructure and OceanScore internal tools
  • Lead admin functions (2-4 staff)

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in a finance function, in a SME
  • Broad knowledge covering the related points (rather than deep specialization in one of them)
