Customer Service Representative (Funchal)

At OceanScore, we’re dedicated to enabling shipping’s transformation towards sustainability. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Funchal/Madeira, Portugal, and help ensure our customers’ success.

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for our customers
• Monitor the usage of our solutions by our customers
• Proactively drive usage through targeted activities
• Drive product improvement through cross-functional collaboration on client’s feedback

• Enjoyment of working in a fast paced team
• Ability to support customers with individual enquiries
• Ease in working with data-driven and digital solutions
• Fluency in English
