We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team in Hamburg and help us build a world-class culture and team.

 


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and implement key HR processes and systems to support these processes
  • Recruit for a fast growing team globally, across functions – search, identify, select and onboard the perfect candidates that further strengthen our team and build the respective processes
  • Contribute to OceanScore as a great place to work through securing systematic people development, building our employer brand
  • Support and coach management in HR and culture related topics

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years professional experience, at least 3 years of this as HR business partner and / or with overarching HR responsibility
  • Curious, creative and independent in finding and building solutions
  • “Can do” attitude, getting things done in a highly dynamic environment
  • Enjoys change and creation
