What You Will Be Doing:
- Define and implement key HR processes and systems to support these processes
- Recruit for a fast growing team globally, across functions – search, identify, select and onboard the perfect candidates that further strengthen our team and build the respective processes
- Contribute to OceanScore as a great place to work through securing systematic people development, building our employer brand
- Support and coach management in HR and culture related topics
What You Bring:
- 5+ years professional experience, at least 3 years of this as HR business partner and / or with overarching HR responsibility
- Curious, creative and independent in finding and building solutions
- “Can do” attitude, getting things done in a highly dynamic environment
- Enjoys change and creation
